Enrolment
It is simple and easy to enrol in a course at WISEL. Just follow these steps.
Remember if you have any difficulty just email your enquiries to us.
Step 1
Read the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy, and the Code of Practice.
Step 2
Download and fill out the Enrolment Form.
Step 3
Print out the completed Enrolment Form, and sign at the bottom of the second page. If you are under 18 years, please ensure a parent signs the Enrolment Form on your behalf.
Step 4
Once you have completed and signed the Enrolment Form, scan and email the form to enrol@wisel.co.nz , or fax the completed form to +64-9-422-7462.
WISEL staff will reply to enquiries within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends.
Step 5
When we accept your enrolment, we will send you the following;
- a letter offering a place at our school.
- an invoice telling you how much you need to pay in fees.
- information on medical and travel insurance.
- telegraphic transfer details.
- a receipt when you have paid your fees
Step 6
As soon as you have made your travel booking;
- send us the flight number, date and time of your arrival.
- If you paid us for transport we will meet you at Auckland International Airport and bring you to WISEL.

Visa Information
If your course is for 12 weeks or less, you can come to New Zealand with a Visitor Visa or Working Holiday Visa. WISEL will be able to tell you if you need to apply for a Visitor’s Visa in advance. If your course is longer than 12 weeks, you must apply for a student visa at a New Zealand Embassy post overseas.
Arranging your visa
You can come to New Zealand to study with a Visitor Visa/Permit, a Student Visa or a Working Holiday Visa.
If you are only planning to study for 3 months or less, you need only apply for a Visitor Visa/Permit or a Working Holiday Visa. For more information, check the Immigration Service Website.
If you are planning to study for more than 3 months, you will need to apply for a Student Visa. For more information, check with the Immigration Service.
